Tim has been in the concrete construction industry for over 45 years. For the past 38 years, he has been part of the construction community in Colorado. For 19 years, Tim worked for Tarco, Inc. as Manager of their concrete division. Seeking a new challenge, Tim started MLL, Inc. in 1999 with the intent of becoming a go-to Subcontractor in the concrete industry. After aligning MLL with several large General Contractors, MLL focused on creating fair and reasonable solutions to the ever-changing construction industry. MLL, Inc. is proud of developing a can-do attitude, with a focus on being on time and on budget.
Tami started in the construction industry in 1992 with no previous construction experience. Since then, Tami has been a vital part of MLL since its creation in 1999. Tami manages all aspects of the Office for MLL. Her dedication and attention to detail allow MLL to continue to grow and tackle new arenas of business.
Maintenance and Fabrication Manager
Andy Lemke started his tenure with MLL, Inc in 2001. In 2006, Andy left to pursue a degree in Diesel Mechanics and Hydraulics and spent several years as a mechanic before returning to MLL, Inc in 2013. Andy has played a critical role in establishing our fabrication department, as well as, maintaining all of MLL’s equipment. His versatility has proven to be tremendously valuable to MLL, Inc as we continue to strive for new ways to improve the concrete construction process.
Estimator / Project Manager
Steve started with MLL in April of 2018. He has been in the Civil, Land Development industry for over 30 years. Steve’s experience includes Civil Design, Construction Surveying, Development Review, Construction Management, and Inspections. Steve works well under pressure, has good communication skills and deals with problems as they arise. His attitude and flexibility allows him to succeed at any challenge put in front of him.
Stewart Leen, Sr.
Stewart started with MLL in 2013 and had been an asset to the company since he joined. He is skilled in all aspects of concrete management. Stewart’s experience includes Labor, Concrete Finisher/Setter, Foreman, On-site Project Supervisor/Manger and Superintendent. Stewart is an excellent leader handling all stages of the project from conception to completion. His dedication to MLL is shown though his innovation in concrete structure development.
Juan M. Cervantes
Juan started his career with MLL, Inc. in 2001 as an apprentice Carpenter and Finisher. Over the years Juan has worked his way up from his beginning as a Lead Man, to a successful Foreman, to his current position as Superintendent. Juan’s hard work, attention to detail, and quality of work represents his character as a constant professional. His get-it-done attitude with a smile and easy-going nature, along with his ability to train new employees, makes him an asset to this position. Juan’s talent to build structures and pour flat work provides MLL, Inc. an advantage in concrete.
